Home / Fellows

The Fellows Program began on August 1st, 2014 and will end in June of 2015. It is a formative period for students at Arpegio with the potential for teaching. After a cautious and exhaustive process, seven youth will be selected and will begin their artistic instruction and preparation that consists of:

  • Teaching Workshops

Lectures about the different philosophies and pedagogical methods, developing learning concepts and teaching in front of a group, with time provided for later reflection.

  • Master Classes

Master classes with professors from Trujillo and guest professors.

  • Financial Support

Financial help for expenses that are related to their education (such as transportation to attend master classes, accessories, etc.)

  • Tutoring and Attendance

Every recipient of a scholarship will be an instructor at Arpegio and will be monitored by a tutor.

  • Coordination of Concerts

As employees of Arpegio, they will organize and carry out concerts and recitals for different communities from Trujillo and Chimbote.
